Four workshops, from $250 each, 60–90 minutes standard. Festivals, retreats, studios, backyards and team off-sites across South Florida; further by arrangement. Fundamentals of Flow has been taught at Flow Social in Delray Beach, ZenFlow Retreat and FlowFest’s FlowSocial.

How I teach
I'm self-taught on everything I teach, which means I remember exactly what confused me at every stage and I teach from that map. Break the move into its smallest honest piece. Drill it until it's boring. Then add fuel.
Beginners leave with a clear path. Experienced people leave with holes filled they didn't know they had. Fundamentals are the boring reps nobody wants to drill, so we make them fun.
