The authentic self · the multifaceted identity · the brand that tells the truth
Coaching
This is the one-on-one version of everything else on this site. You bring the tangle. We find the practice underneath it and build something honest on top.
What it is
One-on-one, 75 minutes: grounding, tea, dialogue, integration. For people who are more than one thing and are tired of the hyphen. In person in South Florida with tea; remote works too. Pricing on inquiry — a number for a single session and a number for a run of them.
How it works
A session is a 75-minute guided experience. We ground first. Then tea, because it slows both of us down and because the person across the tray tells the truth. Then the dialogue — where you are, what you're actually good at, what you keep apologizing for. Then integration: one rep to do before we talk again.
Not therapy. Not a class. A conversation with someone who has four jobs and one practice, and who will not let you call yourself scattered.
What we work on
- Developing the authentic self — what's true when nobody's watching
- The multifaceted identity — holding more than one craft without shrinking any of them
- Your personal brand — the sentence, the story, and what you say when someone asks what you do
- Discipline over magic — the boring reps that move everything
- Presence — in a room, on a stage, with your own family

For teams
The one-on-one work scales to a room. I’ve trained and coached people at several corporate events, including a wellness event hosted by a Range Rover dealership — either tea and mindfulness only, or the whole nine yards with a microphone: sharing, coaching, training. Same practice, bigger circle. Inquiry first; tell me the team and what’s in the way.
I believe in tending to and expressing the whole of the self, and self expansion in the way of mastery can happen in this way, where one becomes multi passionate and a jack of many trades but really a master of a few as well.
