The premise
I fix houses, spin fire, pour tea and speak on stages. For years I treated that like a problem to manage. Then I noticed that every craft had the same shape — confusion, reps, plateau, a morning where it clicks — and that once you've been through that on purpose a few times, you stop being afraid of the next one. That's not scattered. That's a skill, and it's the only one that compounds.
This workshop is about finding your version of that and building a brand that tells the truth about it.
What we do in the room
- Map your facets — everything you actually do, not what the résumé admits to
- Find the practice under the practices — the thing you're really getting good at
- Write the sentence — the one line that holds all of it without flinching
- Build the brand from the inside — name, story, what you say when someone asks what you do
- Pick the next rep — the one boring thing that moves all of it

This is the group version. If you want the one-on-one, that's coaching — same work, your pace.
Can this run for a team or company?
Yes. It's a good off-site session, especially for teams where people feel reduced to a job title.
Do I need a brand already?
No. Most people arrive with a tangle. We leave with a sentence.
